The Innovation Fund of Montenegro informs all interested applicants that, when preparing project proposals for Phase II of the Programme for Financing Innovative Solutions in the Public Sector (GovTech), special attention must be paid to submitting the mandatory documentation defined by the Programme Manual.
To successfully complete the application process, all required documentation must be uploaded through the Application Portal in the prescribed format and in the appropriate sections of the application.
The Application Portal technically requires a certain number of documents to be uploaded in order for the application process to be completed. If a particular document is not mandatory or does not apply to your case, you must upload a blank document in the designated field so that the Portal can finalise the submission.
To facilitate the preparation of the application, we recommend carefully reviewing the Programme Manual and the Application Checklist before final submission. Documents are available on the Application Portal and on the Fund's official website.
